		<description>This widening is very necessary.   So is that on 405 and 167. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I would go so far as to say that a wider 520 would make the 2nd bridge - Evergreen - completely unnecessary because traffic could now flow freely from I-90 and I-405 from the South.</description>
